When you fill in a medicine order, consultation request or pathology booking form, the details you enter — your name, mobile number, and delivery address where applicable — are used to compose a WhatsApp message on your own device. This website has no server and no database: nothing you type is transmitted to us or stored anywhere until you choose to press send in WhatsApp.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment or card details on this website.
Once you send the message, your enquiry reaches us through WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms in addition to ours.
How we use your information
We use your information only to process your request, contact you about it, and provide our pharmacy services. We never sell your information to anyone.
Prescriptions
This website does not accept file uploads. If a medicine legally requires a prescription, our pharmacist will ask you to share it directly on WhatsApp or bring it to the store.
Prescriptions and reports you share with us are treated as sensitive health information, are never published on a public web address, and are seen only by the pharmacy team.
