How do I order medicines?
Fill in the Order Medicines form with the medicines you need and your mobile number. Attach a prescription if you have one. Our team reviews the request and contacts you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm the items, price and delivery.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login for customers. You simply submit the form and we get in touch. We keep it deliberately simple.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver within Narsinghpur, PIN 487001. Free home delivery applies to orders of ₹500 and above. Orders from outside the area are still welcome for store pickup.
Do I have to pay online?
No. We do not collect any payment through this website. Our team confirms the amount when we contact you, and payment is handled directly with the pharmacy.
What if my medicine needs a prescription?
If a medicine legally requires a prescription, our pharmacist will contact you before processing the order. You can send a photo or PDF of your prescription to us on WhatsApp, or bring it to the store.
Is my prescription kept private?
Yes. This website does not accept file uploads and stores nothing — prescriptions you share reach us on WhatsApp, are seen only by the pharmacy team, and are never published anywhere.
How do doctor consultations work?
We host visiting guest doctors. Choose a doctor, pick a preferred date and submit the request. We verify the doctor’s availability, contact you, arrange the fee if one applies, and then confirm your appointment. It is never booked automatically.
Can you collect a pathology sample from my home?
Yes. Choose home sample collection when you book a pathology test and our team will arrange a convenient time with you.
What are your opening hours?
We are open daily from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, at Bahari Road, Narsinghpur. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
